SVENSGAAR<<NAME>>Steven "Sven" Jeffrey Brown<<AGE>>20<<GENDER>>Male<<NATIONALITY>>Canadian<<APPEARANCE>>Sven’s hair is a deep brown, with bangs that often grow beyond his brow,
but are swept to the side. He never styles his hair, and simply combs
it straight. From lack of attention, strands of hair will occasionally
jut out, causing a roughened appearance. His hair is usually quite soft
and flowing when washed. Sven also has a thin layer of chestnut brown
arm and leg hair, and on most occasions a rapidly growing beard that is
often cut back to avoid ridicule from the locals.
Sven has a
tall, narrow, pointed nose that consumes little of his face. It rests
between two broad eyes that often seek protection behind lids that are
heavy from countless late nights. The edges of his irises are a deep,
navy blue that encases a lovely pine green, stained with a hazel border
around the pupil. This strange three-tone eye colour runs through his
mother’s side, and does not symbolize anything save for simply being
unique.
Sven stands 6 feet and an inch tall, while standing
straight. He weighs 180lbs from his sturdy, box like torso. Sven’s
shoulders often seem small and slender, until he stops slouching;
however, that’s a rare occasion. His arms are thin and slender from lack
of regular use, making his lithe, spindly fingers look like part of
large and masculine hands. The strength in his legs came from walking to
school with all his books. This walking has toned his calves nicely,
but due to his poor dieting his thighs and buttocks simply look chunky,
instead of muscular.<<PERSONALITY>>+ Content

hide the truth from him. Growing up a single child, Sven learned to love
and share with his parents in a matter of months, and even treated his
possessions with the compassion he would a human. Although, this hadn’t
prepared him to meet others, who knew all too well what the real world
was.
Despite his kind, and accepting nature, Sven was shunned and
mocked for his differences. Sven would often become confused, as his
mother would teach him that no-one would ever steal his lunch, when on a
daily basis, children would be reaching into his hand packed lunch bag;
or how people who were mean to him were just jealous of his intellect,
when he was getting lower grades than them. Sven felt lost in Canada,
because he never knew what to think of his people.
His hardest
trial growing up, was keeping a foot on the ladder like higharchy of a
school social system, while still following the morals his parents had
taught him. He had always struggled to befriend others, as he chose to
respect his parents’ advice, instead of trying dangerous or troublesome
things to impress his friends. With that, Sven knew that he was a
disappointment to the thrill seeking children who knew no better. Soon,
it seemed suiting that approaching someone without reason seemed out of
the question. He would tell himself that if they truly desired to talk
to him, they would approach him to demonstrate any interesting skills or
abilities he demonstrated in class.
Over time, this lead to his
reclusive behaviour and with each year, Sven spent less time outdoors,
or with others, simply because he wasn't invited. He fell out of touch
with what people desired, assuming that he was only wanted when he was
needed.
Since then, Sven had grown so accustomed to making
assumptions about either others, or the world around him, that he
developed his own mental system to form split second strings of logic to
save himself the trouble of actually thinking things through or
researching. A great weakness that stemmed from this was that half the
time he would be surprisingly accurate, and the other half dramatically
mislead, with no-one around to correct him.
As Sven's interests shifted from playing pretend with his construction
kits and action figures to Video games and Internet browsing, he finally
had activities that he could relate to his peers. He started off with a
small circle of friends. They were mostly consisting of uninspired
middle-scholars that still mocked him openly for his differences, but he
took solace in the fact that he finally had someone to share something
with.
Sven was always a Canadian that loathed his nation’s lack
of culture and boring history. He still dreams of one day traveling to
Denmark to restore the lost Scandinavian culture of the old myths of
mortal gods, elves, dwarves and giants that his long lost ancestors left
behind back in the ages of magic and marauding beasts. Ever since he
heard of the Nordic Myths, he’d dreamed to be a great warrior, and
protector of mankind against all evils. Even after all the lounging
around he did in his basement, being a pale skinned weakling wasn’t
going to stop him from swinging a rake around in his back yard,
daydreaming it was Thor’s mighty hammer, pounding away waves of trolls.
Sven
is currently enrolled in college and has been living off of a bank
wired allowance from his parents; spending it all on food and treats
when he leaves the house.
Sven's reaction to being trapped in a video game was quite lacking in
the ever-present aura of lament and horror. Sven was simply frustrated,
to be trapped. He had plenty of confidence in his gaming abilities to
make a blind PVE play-through. Most of his time spent after the news, he
spent asking his peers if his bodily functions in the real world would
continue to function. Eventually, after realising that the real world
was a triviality, he decided that it was time to get down to what he did
best: Grueling, agonizing, cheeze-grater-on-face quest grinding. Sven
needed safe, easy levels with steady progression, and he knew JUST how
to get it. He picked up his gear, and set out on his way, taking with
him whomever would ask to come along."SKILLS

THE 'H' STRIKE. two handed swords
2 Strikes, 0 Specials, 50% Speed, 150% PowerInitiated by Shoulder High ‘From-Roof’ (vertical, right over left-hand)
blade positioning: The artist makes a powerful overhead strike, then
catches the weight of the blade before it hits the ground. The initial
strike is followed through with a supinated dorsal thrust to the
abdomen.
ZORNHAU WINDEN. two handed swords, parrying
1 Strikes, 2 Specials, 100% Speed, 50% PowerInitiated by Waist-High ‘From-Roof,’ blade positioning, and is
triggered in similar fashion to the 'parry action.' The artist strikes
and deflects an incoming weapon. (If the triggering attack is
over-handed, this will'stun' the triggering opponent's until the end of
their current turn, in place of a 'parry.' Any other directional attack
will not trigger this sword art, and will simply result in a parry.)
After the weapon is deflected, the artist rotates the pommel clockwise
from the impact point. A successful execution of this art positions the
artist's blade paralleled to the ground, at throat level. The attacker,
in their momentum, may fall upon the resulting thrust to the throat.
