This art activates when the user rubs their fists together causing a friction which sparks a scarlet colored glow upon their knuckles. The user will then dash towards the enemy at a slightly faster than normal speed. Once in contact with the enemy, the user will indulge in a series of attacks. This art has a minor poisoning effect. It can be used as a beginning or a finishing move.

This art may be activated when the user knocks their fist together and then slowly pulls them apart causing scarlet color to form upon their knuckles. When fully activated, the user will rush towards the enemy and proceed in a variety of attacks. The usual combination is an upper cut, horizontal punch and then finally a blow to the central area of the enemy. This art is primarily used for beginning and finishing moves. It requires concentration and at the most complete awareness.

When she was born; Marcilene’s family was already broken. Her parents fought, yelled at one another. The only way they could think of coming up with a compromise between them was having a child. So she was born, she was there to salvage the broken pieces of their marriage. When she was younger, it did work however. Her father began to talk nicer to her mother; and her mother wouldn’t drink as often. The three would have little picnics and lovely evenings in the glade where they’d talk to one another.Though this soon changed when her father found that her mother had been sleeping with her co-worker before Marcilene was born. He was enraged; yelling and throwing things. It was his bad luck that the beer bottle that he threw accidentally nailed Marcilene in the back of the head knocking her out.

She was eight years old when she had to be taken to the hospital. They said she had a concussion; but when she awoke she couldn’t even remember name. Her parents were appalled and needless to say her father went to jail for a few years Her mother felt sorry about what happened. She held her little girl and cried knowing that 8 years of memories full of happiness were ended with one moment of weakness. Swearing to be a better parent for Marcilene, her mother sought help and decided to become a better person for herself and her child. While in the hospital, Marcilene was given many things to think about. She became notorious in the hospital for defying the nurses and playing pranks on mean doctors.

The concussion possibly gave her a new personality some say. Others don’t know what to think. Nonetheless when Marcilene was released; her mother wasn’t sure if she loved this new Marci. But she came to love her nonetheless. When Marcilene entered the 5th grade; she became immersed in gaming. All types of gaming, from board games to video games. Her mother decided to take an interest in her daughter’s ambitions and bought her a Nerve Gear. It was new considering that it also had a copy of the game Sword Art Online. Her mother told her that it was quite hard to get considering she had to bribe a couple of people. But Marcilene loved it anyway. During the beta, as the young one dived inside she was amazed. This world was so beautiful, so lucious and new. It called to her and she couldn’t help but want to see more.

Marcilene’s middle school year wasn’t much to speak of. She did do pranks as usual but she had calmed down in contrast to when she was younger. Some of her memories returned and her father was even released from jail. Though he did divorce from her mother and promised to see her often. Marcilene’s world was the Nerve Gear. When she was away from school or little things like friends, she would be playing around with it. But one thing that she wanted was to return to the magical world of Aincrad. Eventually she was granted that wish when it opened up for everyone to play. Immedaitely running home, she kissed her mother on the cheek before depositing her body upon the couch and linking in.

That was the only thing that went through Marci’s mind as she stared at the gloomy figure of Akihiko Kayaba. Good-bye to her mother, goodbye to the world that she once knew. A bittersweet smile formed upon her lips at the realization that she would probably die within the game. Nonetheless, she grinned happily and headed off into the vast unknown.
