Hey Staff,
It has come to my attention that Level (BREAD) compared to E-Level (BUTTER) means frankly nothing when compared. This matter concerns me because it means that strength is in your equipment rather than your character's level. This is why I ask for a review by staff on this matter.
What's more important?

E-Level > Level
Simply place E-Level caps on Levels. This makes leveling more important than E-Level because you can't wear something if it goes above your cap. This will encourage players to spend more time leveling and also (indirectly) help the crafters. Why you may ask? Well, with E-Level caps people will need different level of equipment in order to fill there cap. Right now, this doesn't exist because everyone wants the highest e-level possible.
