Well with some recent translations on SAO side stories like Rondo of the Transient Sword I find some interesting new thins, like the existence of something called quick change.

With this info I designed a possible new supplementary or extra skill.
Skill Name: Quick Change
Skill Type: Supplementary or Extra
Brief Skill Description: An extension of the sleight skill, Quick Change allows the player to set one weapon as reserve and quickly switch to it when needed. The weapon will be equipped in the opposite hand of the user's current equipped weapon and the current weapon will be unequipped. If the weapon was in the user's hand when unequipped, the unequipped weapon becomes the reserve weapon. Otherwise the user will not be able to use the skill again until he retrieves his weapon, at which case it becomes the reserve weapon. In the case of a two-handed weapon, the weapon shall be held in the opposite hand orientation. Leveling this skill increases the number of times per thread it may be used.
