>> Cooking: Level 1-100
Cooking is the crafting discipline that measures your culinary expertise. In the world of Sword Art Online, food has a psychological effect upon those who eat it, making them feel full. The cooks of SAO are the ones who make the food, and some food has unique effects; some food makes you earn more experience for one quest, while other food even has the ability to give out status effects, giving an advantage to those who want to go toe to toe in PvP. You are in no matters limited to making foods on this recipe.
Cooking is an exception to the crafting rule. Each cook has a tier that they are in (Rank 30 cook is in the 26-50 Tier) and a cook may make any recipe in their tier or lower. For example, a Rank 30 Cook may make anything in the 1st or 2nd sets of cooking recipes (1-25 and 26-50).>> level 1-25ANCHOVY BAIT
This anchovy bait seems to be for something important, but it isn't for human consumption. This anchovy bait if applied to your fishing rod causes the user to fish up more fish! They can double the catch! (x2 for all fish caught). But wait... is that an Arachnid eyeing your Anchovy Bait?
Materials: Anchovy x2, Garlic x1
BACON WEAVE
A simple bacon weave made of steamy, delectable bacon on a tin platter. This weave of bacon fills the character's belly, and restores a small amount of health over time while resting. Must be resting for two posts in a quest thread for the effect to kick in.
Materials: Slab of Pork x2, Tin Ingot x1
BAG OF VEGGIES
This doesn't seem like much of a meal; who wants only carrots and onions? In fact, it almost seems like food fit for a pig... a pig who doesn't care about what they eat. But this item can also be used for luring away monsters with the Extra Skill Luring; it gives a more likely chance for any vegetarian monsters on Floor 1 to be lured away. (Works on Swine, Insectoids, Aquatics.)
Materials: Carrot x2, Onion x1
EEL STEW
This eel stew doesn't look very appealing. It rests inside of a copper bowl, and has onion chunks floating amongst eel chunks in murky brown water. But as they say; the worst tasting things are the best for you, and this bowl of disgusting stew will give you a 10% EXP bonus when used in a Quest thread.
Materials: Copper Ingot x1, Eel x1, Onion x1
MURKY SURPRISE
This combination of meat and fish on a wooden plate is covered in a brown and delicious looking garlic sauce. Materials: Thyme x1, Parsley x1, Black Peppercorn x1
THE MEAT LOVER
This seasoned and grilled slab of meat on a stick has a mixture of tough meat, succulent meat, and fishy meat. There is no option to eat this, but the Canines will lick their chops in your presence if you hold it in your inventory... It also can be used for the Extra Skill Luring, and gives a more likely chance for carnivores on Floor 1 to be lured away. (Works on Arachnids, Canines, Kobolds).
Materials: Raw Wolf Meat x1, Slab of Pork x1, Catfish x1

TRIPLE SEAFOOD SUSHI
A sushi-styled prepared course featuring some of the more common edible fish on the first floor. Don't ask us where the rice and seaweed came from, though. It tastes especially delicious to carnivorous fish themselves.

Oily salad dressing, sure to go with any salad dish. It can be poured upon Tossed Salad to double the rate of HP healing or BAG OF VEGGIES to extend the amount that you can lure monsters with. TRICOLOR DANGO
A staple festival food for Macaian festivals, three dumplings of sweet rice with a blueberry filling inside, skewered on a stick. Eat it and you will turn semi-transparent for about a minute. We kid you not. Appropriately this dish is sometimes offered to graves. Many of the mystical creatures on Floor 4 seem to like them too.
Materials: Blueberry x2, Macai Flour x1
LUSTER CANDY
A small blue marble-shaped sweet candy, favored by 86% of consumer players under the age of 20 (according to the latest edition of Aincrad Weekly). Placing this extremely sweet candy into one's mouth will give a burst of energy to the player, allowing them to perform an additional E-Rank Sword Art for the duration of a post.
Materials: Blueberry x2, Vanilla Bean x2
VIGOR CANDY
A small red marble-shaped sweet candy, not to be confused with the Luster Candy. It is extremely spicy and many who should attempt to take in this candy will usually end up spitting it out after a few seconds. However, for those who persist, they will find that the E-Level of their currently equipped weapon is increased by 5 for the duration of 2 turns. That is, if you can handle 2 turns!
Materials: Black Peppercorn x2, Vanilla Bean x2
AINCRAD ALE
Kick back with a nice, cool glass as you enjoy the world you're stuck in. The ones served by NPCs typically do not have any alcohol involved, so getting drunk is generally just a placebo effect. When this item is used, you will receive a greater chance to suffer knockback effects for 3 turns. The effects vary depending on the alcohol used to make the drink, and there is even a guild dedicated to finding the right balance of ingredients. Please drink responsibly.
Materials: Any 3 Alcohol ingredients (see NPC shop)
ANIMAL FEED
Made by taking corn and mashing it gently to give it a soft texture, this feed isn't exactly what professionals use to fatten up their livestock, but it appears and smells tantalizing enough to attract a cow or horse over. However, carrying the bag of feed around can attract some unwanted attention from Plants. Perhaps they are angry at you for murdering their brethren?
Materials: Soybeans x1, Corn x2, Wheat x1
BOILED RICE
Not exactly the most appetizing thing for players, this dish is as plain as it looks. Bits of carrot float on the bed of rice and throughout the dish, kernels of corn are hidden, providing a relieving sweetness to the otherwise plain dish. If eaten while warm, the dish proves to be quite filling and energizing, decreasing the chance to come down under by a Stun effect for three turns.

GINGER WINE SOUP
A tasty soup with bits and slices of ginger floating around, it has a subtle aftertaste of rice wine. A fish head sticks out from the side, making the dish seem more intimidating than it is with those cold eyes staring at you, but rest assured, it is a delicacy in Eastern countries. The soup, along with being delicious, is said to serve as a medicinal tonic. Drinking it makes you feel stronger and hardier. It adds 3 points to the E-Level of your armor for two turns.

RICE BURGER
This burger isn't exactly normal, what, with rice patties used instead of buns. Rice x1, Lettuce x1, Onion x1, Raw Beef x1
GRILLED FISH
A strong charred odor comes from the grilled fish. Although it may be overpowering at first, once you peel back the flaky skin, a wonderful fresh aroma comes from the meat of the fish. Materials: Raw Fish x2, Thyme x1, Garlic x1
RICE PAPER EGGROLL
Filled with pork, thin slices of carrot, and wrapped around with thin rice paper, this dish appears to be an Eastern-variation of the burrito. The eggroll goes great when dipped in a sweet sauce and, like the burrito, can be a bit messy when eaten, which is why people wrap a leaf of lettuce around the roll to cradle the delicious concoction. When ingested, the light meal provides a small health bonus as well as a noticeable speed bonus, perfect for players who square off against a rather quick monster.
Materials: Rice x1, Lettuce x2, Slab of Pork x1, Carrot x1
SHORT RIBS
Garnished with some bits of onion on top as well as resting on a bed of onions on the bottom, this delicious pile of ribs is enough to make anybody drool. Make sure not to eat it in front of any carnivore though, the fragrance of the ribs is potent enough to lure any hungry beast out.
Materials: Raw Wolf Meat x2, Onion x2
MEAT SHISH KEBABS
A small platter of meat skewers, on one, alternating levels of grilled pork and onion; on the other, seared beef and onion.
